There’s still one perfect bracket left, but it won’t win $1 billion

Perfection comes to those who least expect it — or at least, to those who don’t put $1 billion on the line for it.

Introducing “Brad’s Breathtaking Bracket,” the last of its kind this year (on Yahoo, at least). Brad Binder, whose Twitter bio says he is from Buffalo Grove, Ill., has managed to pick every first-round game of the NCAA tournament correctly, from Florida down to Mercer. And the cruel twist: He entered his bracket at Yahoo, host of the Quicken Loans $1 billion challenge, but didn’t enter that pool, which required some personal information.
